Q: How do I sign up for a membership?Our team will can add you to the membership in person, while scheduling your appointment or checking out from received services. Once you become a member, all eligible services you book will be discounted at checkout.

Q: Is there an enrollment fee?After this initial first membership fee, you will be responsible for your monthly membership fee, which is $30. The enrollment is charged on the day you sign up and then membership fee on the 1st of each month following.

Q: When is the monthly membership fee charged?The first charge is made at time of enrollment, the re occurring monthly membership fee is charged on the 1st business day of each month regardless of the date of signing up.

Q: Can I put my membership on hold?No, but the good news is cancellation is easy and so is signing back up.

Q: Do I have to commit to the membership for a specific length of time?No, there is no specific length of commitment. You can cancel your membership at any time.
